I do have to say I love Engagement Sessions. I get to photograph two people who are in the beginning of their relationship that only have eyes for each other. What a fantastic opportunity to capture their joy and laughter and to be able to catch those moments when they didn't realize I was taking the photo. Those are my absolute favorite photographs. When my friend called me and asked if I could take pictures of her daughter in her gymnastics attire, I was really excited to embark on a new adventure in the photography world. She wanted outside shots, during winter time and I knew we had to make them perfect. We were also able to get some inside shots thanks to the gym she attended. I loved being able to celebrate her accomplishments with her. Thank you to her and her family for asking me to photograph your amazing daughter! ......

I have to say that I fell in love with this family even before I met them in person. However, upon seeing their beyond adorable daughter and the genuine smiles of each parent at their mini session, it brought such a joy inside of me and an excitement to take their photos. Giving them a day of wonderful memories was my goal and capturing the beautiful eyes of their daughter was my second goal. I do hope I was able to accomplish both. What a wonderful little family and my goodness, I could cuddle ......

This is a wonderful family. We have known each other since our street was first built and we beat them in the building process! I have had the pleasure of being able say I know this family and love how they raise their children. Leslie and Joel are fantastic parents and their children are well grounded. I had the opportunity to take pictures of another great family that I know. Our oldest son spent a lot of time at their house just hanging out and being invited to be a part of their family. I always appreciated the fact their house was a safe place to go and that their family enveloped our son into their family so being able to photograph them was an honor. I will never get tired of photographing this family. I just have to be prepared with tissues to wipe my tears of laughter and maybe bring a tripod to be sure I get those awesome shots even when I am laughing so hard my hands can't keep my camera steady. It is NEVER a dull moment when doing a photo session with this amazing awesome family. Everyone was dressed in costumes that really worked with the whole group. Oh I love this Missionary!!! He has been like one of my own sons and has been my own son's best friend through thick and thin. They have weathered much together, lost much together, and gained more then they ever thought possible together. I can't help but feel like a second mother to him. Love you Jason, forever and ever. This was the fastest bridals I have ever done. However, I am super glad I was able to meet with her and give her some beautiful photos while I was in Idaho for a family celebration. You looked very beautiful Lana. Best of wishes on your up coming wedding and marriage!!

Here is my second family. We have created so many memories and I was finally able to capture the whole family together ;) It was a whirl wind event running here and there to race the sun before it went down, even trying to capture a few when the sun was far into expiring for the day. Meet Elder SanchezWe had a fun early morning shoot today and he was fantastic and such a gentleman. He didn't even laugh when I fell in the creek TWICE!! Yes, that's right. Twice. I must admit that I am not a specialized wedding photographer, but every once in a while I will say yes to shooting a wedding, and I put my whole heart and soul into the experience. Oh my goodness adorable!!!!! I was so lucky to be able to take newborn pictures of these two cousins. Each was so cute and precious. Oh my oh my oh my. I was in heaven. It's a lot of work but so worth it.
